My favorite childhood memory are always the ones where I am outside. Running through neighborhood backyards, playing kickball in the middle of the road I grew up on and simply just being that care free soul that new nothing better then fresh air and a big smile.
The love I have for teaching yoga grows and changes weekly! One that will always remain is my love to help others find their true self from the inside out.
Believe it or not a life lesson I have learned from yoga, is to not take life so seriously. When that happens all you need to do is breathe.
Three words that describe my teaching style would be: grounding, expanding and evolving.
When I am not teaching yoga you will find me outside! Or finding the next best place to sweat in the Rochester community!
Three people who inspire me is hard to narrow it down when the energy from different people inspire me each and everyday. I have however, always brought the up most admiration to my great grandparents.
One of my favorite childhood memories is: Vacationing at Lake George with my family. Fishing off the dock with my dad using my pole with the fish shaped handle and hiking in the woods with my dad’s cousin and his kids. Hiking was the most amazing thing ever!
The beginning of a beautiful friendship!
